Yes. Alongside your recent sent transfers, the dashboard lists your open file requests with the number of submissions, files, and total size each has collected. Sent and received sit side by side, so you never have to go hunting for either.

The storage meter shows used space against your plan limit, which is 15GB on Free, 1,000GB on Pro, and 2,000GB on Max. It counts both your live uploads and the files submitted to your requests, so the number always reflects your real footprint.
