ZappFiles is a file sharing platform for creative professionals. Upload your work, get a link, and send it to your client. They land on a download page where images, videos, and PSDs preview before anything is downloaded, and on paid plans that page carries your branding instead of ours.

Without an account you can send 3 GB per upload. Free accounts get 5 GB, Pro goes up to 50 GB, and Max up to 250 GB. That covers 4K footage, a full wedding gallery, and layered design projects.

No, we handle that for you. Drop in files and folders as they are and we build the ZIP. Your recipient can take everything in one go or pick out only the files they need.

On secure servers in the region closest to you, so uploads and downloads stay fast. On Pro and Max you choose the region yourself: US East, US West, Europe, or Asia Pacific.

Files are deleted automatically on the expiry date you set, anywhere from 10 days without an account to 365 days on Max. On paid plans you can also have a transfer delete itself right after the first download.

Yes. On paid plans you can add files to a transfer you already sent or remove ones you don't need anymore, and the link stays the same. Useful for the file you forgot and the version the client changed their mind about.

Yes, Pro and Max users can delete any transfer from the dashboard at any time. Free transfers are deleted on their own when they expire.
