Download Page Branding
Make your file transfers look professional by customizing the download page with your own brand. Pick an appearance, add your logo, and set a background. The page handles the rest. Full branding is available on the Max plan.
Appearance and theme
Branding starts with an appearance: Classic, Grid, or Reel, each in a light and a dark theme. The appearance decides the layout of the page, the theme sets its base look. Your logo and background apply on top of whichever combination you choose.
Logo
Upload your own logo to replace the ZappFiles logo on the download page. Your logo appears at the top, so your recipients see your brand first when they open the download link. Prefer the ZappFiles mark? You can also keep it and simply set it in your brand color. You can remove or replace your logo at any time.
Background
Set a background color to match your brand, or use a full background image. A portfolio piece, a brand pattern, or a shot from the project itself all work. The page adapts automatically: text flips between light and dark based on your background, and images get a subtle darkening layer behind the text so everything stays readable. Editing the background turns your page into a custom theme, and clicking Light or Dark snaps it back to a preset.
Live preview editor
The customization page shows a live preview of your download page, framed exactly as your recipients will see it, and it updates as you make changes. The editor also has reset options to go back to the defaults or revert to your last saved settings.
Branding individual uploads
The settings on this page are your default and apply to every download page you create. If you want a single transfer to look different, you can override the branding for that one upload without changing your default. See branding a single upload to learn how.
