Upgrading Your Plan
You can upgrade your ZappFiles plan at any time to get more storage, longer expiry dates, and access to premium features.
How to upgrade
Go to the pricing page and select the plan you want. You will be taken to a secure checkout page where you can enter your payment details. Your new plan is activated immediately after payment.
Monthly and yearly billing
Both Pro and Max plans are available with monthly or yearly billing. Yearly billing gives you a lower price per month. You can choose whichever option fits you best during checkout.
What happens when you upgrade
Your new limits and features kick in right away. Your next upload can use the higher size limit and longer expiry. Existing transfers are not affected - they keep their original settings.
Locked features
If you are on a plan that does not include a certain feature, you will see a lock icon or an upgrade prompt on the upload page. This tells you which plan you need for that feature. Clicking the prompt takes you to the pricing page.
Free trial
New users may be eligible for a free trial of paid features. During the trial, you get full access to all the features of the plan. If you decide not to continue, your account reverts to the Free plan when the trial ends.
