Managing Submissions
Every request you create has a detail page where you can see who has sent files, download them, manage the request itself, and stop new uploads whenever you want. Click any request in your Requests list to open it.
The detail page at a glance
The detail page has two parts. On the left is the settings panel: the request title, when it was created and expires, the expiry slider, and a switch to pause or resume uploads. On the right is the submissions list, where every person who's sent you files shows up as a row, sorted with the most recent submission first.
A small coloured dot in the corner tells you the status at a glance: green for active, amber for closed, and red if the request has expired.
Downloading files
Each submission row has three action buttons. The download button packages every file from that submission into a single zip and saves it to your computer. The magnifying glass opens a file browser where you can preview images and videos, or download individual files one at a time if you don't want the whole batch.
Deleting submissions
The trash button on a submission row deletes that submission and all of its files permanently. There's a confirmation step before it happens, but once you confirm there's no way to recover the files, so be careful.
Deleting a submission also frees up the storage space it was using against your plan. This is the fastest way to make room if you hit your storage cap.
Pausing or stopping uploads
The "Accepting uploads" toggle in the settings panel controls whether new submissions are accepted. Turn it off and the link still works, but anyone opening it sees a polite message telling them the request is closed. Everything that's already been submitted stays intact and downloadable.
You can flip the toggle back on at any time to resume accepting uploads.
Editing the title and expiry
Click the title to rename the request at any time. The new title shows up immediately for anyone who opens the link going forward.
To change the expiry, drag the slider to a new value and press "Save". This is also how you bring an active request back to life if it's about to expire — just extend it. If a request has already expired you can give it a new expiry to reopen it, assuming your plan allows that length.
Finding a submission
If a request has lots of submissions, use the search box above the list to filter by uploader name, email, date, or file name. Useful when you're looking for one specific person's files in a long list.
