Transfer Management

Need to make changes after uploading? On Pro and Max plans, you can update your transfers at any time from the transfer detail page. Open any transfer from your upload history to get started.

Add files to an existing transfer

Forgot to include a file? Click "Add files" on the transfer detail page and select the files you want to add. They are uploaded and appended to your existing transfer. The download link stays the same, so you do not need to send a new one to your recipient.

File names must be unique within a transfer. If you try to add a file with a name that already exists, it will not be added.

Remove individual files

You can delete specific files from a transfer without removing the whole thing. Select the files you want to remove and delete them. You can also select multiple files at once for batch deletion. If you remove all files from a transfer, the entire transfer is automatically deleted.

Change the expiry date

Need your files to stay available longer? Adjust the expiry date from the transfer detail page. Use the slider to set a new value and save your changes. The maximum you can set depends on your plan (60 days on Pro, 365 days on Max).

Update the title

You can change the title of your transfer at any time. The updated title appears on the download page and in your upload history. Useful if you want to make the name more descriptive after the fact.

View file details

The transfer detail page shows all files in your transfer with their size, type, and download count. You can switch between grid and list view, sort files by name, size, or type, and browse through folder structures using breadcrumb navigation.

Delete the entire transfer

If you want to remove a transfer completely, you can delete it from the detail page. This immediately removes all files from our servers and stops the download link from working.
