ZappFiles tracks downloads on your transfers so you always know when your files have been picked up. Available on Pro and Max plans.
Downloads per transfer
Every transfer in your upload history shows a download count. You can see at a glance how many times your files have been downloaded. This appears both in the upload history overview and on the transfer detail page.
Downloads per file
On the transfer detail page, you can see download counts for each individual file in your transfer. This tells you exactly which files your recipients are downloading, which is useful when a transfer contains many files and you want to know which ones are being accessed.
Download history
Beyond just the count, ZappFiles keeps a history of each download. This includes the approximate location of the download (country, city, and region), giving you more context about who is accessing your files.
Email notifications
When someone downloads your files, ZappFiles sends you an email notification. The email includes the file name and the approximate download location. You will always know when your files have been received, even without checking the dashboard.
Dashboard overview
Your homepage dashboard shows a summary of total downloads across all active transfers, along with stats like active upload count and total storage used. It gives you a quick overview without checking each transfer one by one.
